That Time of Year has Come Again ……….Yes it’s the annual AGM and weekend away, 2010 is looking like the event to be at.

We are staying at the prestigious 4 star ****Barceló Majestic Hotel in Harrogate – an absolutely fabulous hotel in the heart of the town. For those of you who don’t know Harrogate, it is a magnificent spa town in Yorkshire with world famous spa rooms and Turkish baths as well as the world renowned Betty’s Tea Rooms this really is a destination not to be missed.

• Diary date: Friday 23^rd of April – Sunday 25^th of April 2010 – why not make a weekend of it and stay for 2 nights… the rates are amazing

• Hotel: Barceló Majestic Hotel – limited rooms so book early, the hotel has a great leisure and spa facilities- the bars not bad either … and the food is fabulous.
• Why not bring your partner: it’s the weekend of the Spring Flower Show a great opportunity to get the bargains for the garden…
• Alternatively book yourselves into the Turkish baths an experience not for the faint hearted …apparently
• AGM commences at 10.30am on Saturday the 24^th in the Billiard room at The Majestic – just next door to the bar. 

• Don’t forget to strut your stuff at our fabulous dinner dance on the Saturday night – with entertainment by All or Nothing who are back by popular demand – this year without Irene!!!!!! – honest

So what will it Cost:

• Bed and English breakfast in a twin occupancy room £75.00 per room per night – includes use of the leisure club.
• Bed and English breakfast in a single occupancy room £ 47.00 per room per night – includes use of the leisure club.
• 3 course dinner and entertainment on the Saturday £33.00 per person – come on who can resist this fabulous night????
• Deposits as normal just £10 per person.

We have only been able to secure 50 rooms for the Saturday night, therefore rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We have made enquiries to secure additional accommodation at neighbouring hotels if needed. So come on book your place the sooner the better,it would be great to see you all there.
