The 2009 AGM will be held on Saturday 14th March at the Barcelo Buxton Palace Hotel, Buxton SK17 6AG. Registration will open at 09.30a.m with the meeting commencing at 10.30a.m. or when a quorum has been reached.

With respect to the AGM, it must be stressed that admission will only be on production of a current 2009 membership card.
